Signent HR ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit our website or contact us for HR services.

Information we collect

We may collect name, email, phone, company name, and message content when you submit a consultation request or email us. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited via hosting and analytics providers (if configured).

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies. When Google Analytics is turned on, a notice at the bottom of the page asks first, and Google Analytics loads only after you accept. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as declining. Your choice is stored in your browser; change it any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The same notice covers our own first-party visit cookie. If you accept, we set one cookie (sg_vid, a random id kept up to 13 months) and record which pages of signenthr.com you view, roughly how long, and whether you start or send a form or click a portal sign-in link. We store page addresses only, never what you type, and we do not store your IP address. Browsers sending Do Not Track are treated as declining.

These visits stay anonymous unless you tell us who you are: when you send our contact form, or click a link in an email we sent you, we connect your visits to your record with us so the right person can follow up. We do not buy data about visitors, look up companies from IP addresses, or share this activity with advertisers. Raw visit records are deleted after 13 months; to have yours removed sooner, email us.

Email tracking

Emails we send may include a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Links back to signenthr.com carry a short signed code (not your email address) that identifies the email it came from. Many email apps let you block images to turn off open tracking.

Sharing
